30-Day Return Window

We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days after your order has been delivered. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may contact our support team to begin the return process.

Because many of our products are handcrafted ceramic works, slight variations in glaze, texture, shape, brushwork, color distribution, kiln marks, and artisan finishing are considered part of the artistic character of each piece and are not treated as defects.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging whenever possible
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, washing, or modification
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Approved by our customer service team before shipment

Returns sent without authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling after delivery

Handmade products naturally feature unique artistic characteristics that distinguish each piece from mass-produced goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when packaging delicate ceramics and handcrafted tea ware. However, if your package arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
