At VirelWorld, we carefully curate and ship handcrafted ceramic art pieces, tea ware, coffee vessels, and lifestyle objects. Each order is handled with attention to packaging safety, product integrity, and international delivery standards.

Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, shipping processes may require additional handling time to ensure safe delivery.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“5 business days.

Processing includes:

  • Carrier preparation

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may take 24โ€“72 hours to appear depending on carrier processing systems.

If tracking does not update immediately, this is normal and does not indicate an issue with shipment.
