This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Any return request submitted after this period may not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included (boxes, wrapping, protective materials)
  • Tags, labels, or product accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note that items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or improper handling may not qualify for return approval.


3. How to Start a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Provide a return shipping label, or
  • Request the customer to ship the item back using a tracked service

Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for return (e.g., defective item vs. change of mind).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

We will carefully review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

  • Store credit

We take great care in packaging fragile handcrafted ceramics, but rare shipping damage may still occur during transit.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts

Because many of our products are handmade, natural variations in glaze, color, texture, and form are not considered defects.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, the fastest process is:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.


8. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Typical refund timeline:

  • Inspection: 3–5 business days after receiving return
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

10. European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

This right applies in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
